I got this for my stepdaughter as a surprise. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the beads came in a nice bag, and were beautiful, and the necklace was beautifully made. She has commented several times how much she likes it. We were both very pleased with the product.My only disappointment is they come with tassel ( I knew when ordered ) which I don’t particularly care for, so I took it off. The silk threads the sandlewood beads are tied with are a rich bright blue that matches perfectly with the lapis stone attached to the end.Such beautiful stones!!I love these beads but unfortunately the little tassel attached at the end came unraveled and fell off. Other than that they are wonderfulGood quality and beautiful.. I use it to meditate.Delivered than expected and this wasn't my first choice for mala beads at all, but I was astonished when I opened the box!The item was packaged nicely, the box was in a plastic envelope. When I lifted the lid, I was shocked by the quality. The colors look so much better than the product images made them out to be! Then I picked it up and it felt so heavy! At the very least, these beads aren't cheap! The beads also are glossy and a good size so they look even better!I really didn't want a mala necklace with a tassel but there's barely any other choices on the market right now. I can get used to the tassel. There is one shorter thread on the tassel that's annoying me. All the other threads are the same length except for that one. Also, the one I received was not missing any knots.However, I didn't count 108 beads. Only 103 plus the bead right above the tassel. If you're just buying it for anesthetic purposes then that's not a big problem. HOWEVER, I actually bought this for religious purposes so not having all the beads advertised is problematic for me. I'm considering keeping this solely because it actually looks really high quality. It's going to be annoying doing 108 prayers when i have to keep remembering to do an extra 4 each time...Great for all them McDonald's sauces.
