This weighted poncho is amazing. It immediately deepened my meditation practice by cocooning me in my own world. It settles agitation and allows the body to feel held and supported. I used it on a retreat recently. It does well as a poncho and a blanket. It is heavy, but in a good way. I love the weight around my shoulders. If someone has chronic shoulder or neck issues this might not be the poncho for them. If you are looking for a comfortable weighted poncho to calm yourself after a full day, then this is it. I am 5’10,160 lbs when seated crosslegged this drapes down my back and covers over both knees comfortably. I keep my earplugs and tissues in the pocket for easy access. It creates a seated Yoda look when on during meditation ?‍♀️ . I kept the case it came in. It makes a wonderful travel case. :)
