I purchased the longer 20" strand and this strand is a bit shorter than that and fits more like an 18" - and that is ok... super polishy... round beads. Twist closure. The necklace is NOT knotted between each bead... They actually look and feel like plastic beads but does come with a certificate of "authenticity"... if you believe it. I hope they are all natural amber. I have come to find that I prefer the more natural bead and unpolished amber beads - but this is a pretty necklace. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.The amber necklaces have turned out to be a lifesaver. I notice if I don't wear it for a few days. Really takes the edge off the pain. This necklace has great color and I've really enjoyed wearing it. So far I've gotten a lot of the amber necklaces as gifts. Helped with my Father in laws arthritis, my pinched nerve in my neck and my brother and fathers shoulder injuries.I'm still not sure the product is a real AMBERI purchased this as a gift for my daughter who suffers from RA. She has told me that the pain is not as intense and I can only hope that the amber beads are helping.I like amber and wanted inexpensive necklace.The Necklace was beautiful ..the size was too smallIt is so cute and love all the colors:Really pretty, my mom like it too.
